Etta Scollo

Renowned singer from Catania with a long and varied artistic journey that began in blues and be-bop, traversed pop music, gaining general recognition, especially in Austria and Germany. In more recent years, she has ventured into contemporary and singer-songwriter music, including the revival of Rosa Balistreri’s repertoire, making her one of the most esteemed and engaging interpreters. A special guest at MWF, she is invited to represent, with her unique interpretation, the Sicilian tradition of female singing accompanied by only the guitar.
