Fabio Tricomi

Catanian multi-instrumentalist and ethnomusicologist Fabio Tricomi is a collector and restorer of musical instruments, and he has been residing in Bologna for decades.
Since 1983, he has dedicated himself to researching and documenting traditional musical practices in Sicily. His work in research and dissemination has been crucial, among other things, for the survival and revival of the marranzano, through regular collaboration with the MWF, of which he has been a permanent guest since its first edition in 2005.
